mPoints rules? Rules wiki?

My mPoints seem to have stopped increasing at 5; is that an intentional cap or a bug? If it's a cap, can you clarify any other rules that aren't written down?

As the game develops and the rules get more complicated, maybe we could have a rules wiki that anyone can contribute to. Perhaps restrict editing to only those with XP > 500,000 to stop vandalism?
