Bug: ordering 1 unit per country costs money but doesn't build unit
Whenever I place an order for one unit per country (eg 1 unit in 1 country, or 10 units in 10 countries), I am charged the cost of the build but the units aren't built.

Yep, I'm aware of this. A fix is coming soon.
