I noticed that when you use a napalm it should say ???? amount of troops but it just gives you an estimate so it's the same as satellites 1.0. so i find it annoying as many people use them as a one use satellite.

It's a trade off. I left it like that, because technically something from your empire was there, but it still cost a significant amount of money to do that.
