Buying Instant Credits

I tried to use instant credits, but then I found out that I run out. So I tried to buy them but it said it's 'not available for purchase.' Why is it like that?

I'm thinking of making instant credits an in-game purchase for like $2 each. This way I won't have to put ads on the site. What do you think?

Yeah. I need to find a way to monetize the game, but I want to keep it unobtrusive.

I don't think it's a good idea because it means anyone with a lot of money can easily win games, and those who don't want to play games will just simply quit the game because their opponents can buy troops instantly and get crushed easily.

I was thinking that too. Unfortunately, I need to come up with a way to make a little money so I can pay the server bill. Any ideas?

What about those captchas where you have to view an ad image to type them in?

I think that's a good idea, actually. Do those sort of CAPTCHAs really give you revenue?

I've had it on for about a week. There were around 1,000 type ins and only 30 cents... so no.

Have you considered turning this into a full game. Going down the kickstarter route?

Also money wise put adds a ton of adds on mmogames.com ign.com think of sites that would let you and big name sites design an image and work on that! Youtube vids also make money per 1k view Advertise their make a trailer make it fancy desighn vids add in special award Ribons that you can buy for money customize your users profile in that way diff Ribons Diff achievments Backgrounds wallpapers do that for money 5$ per Background with a ribon and achievment, customize it all! Include a donate button to get more money into the game! make a Twitter for this game to maybe make the game more visual and such try using a free version of Java and play around with it! Play around with Adobe as well! But dont make it downloadable.

Ads probably don't help much since the majority of people use AdBlock. But some are kind of enough to turn it off or not know about it to give some money. Probably the best would be a Donate Button. It's not a very popular game yet, but with people coming in, some may be willing to donate more money.

Try to also make this game into an APP for the iphones and or Androids! It would be amazing, make it free once people rate it make it purchasable and people will be buying it :)!

Right now, it's only meant to be played on a computer and iPads to some extent.

Yeah, it's easy to use on an iPad.

If there was some sort of reward for levels, you could sell like EXP boosts or something. Maybe tokens that let you choose your starting location? That might make the game unstable though.

EDIT: Maybe make it into a facebook game, or a donation button. Could give donators like a forum tag or something.
