A New Mastermind?!
Seeing that the administrator of this game has not released any updates for quite some time, I have took it upon myself to create a new game with similar features and quite a bit of improvements. (If posting this is against the rules, then let me know..)
*Improved lobby system that looks and feels so much better.
*Private instant messages and having chat switch to 'game only' when joining a game.
*Choose maximum number of players in-game.
*Choose to have game in Europe only or the whole world as the map.
*Optional waiting period before the game starts.
*Games will have turns and should go by faster than in Mastermind. This will prevent the whole 'I fell asleep and got rolled' problem.
*Game creator can choose turn length.

Oh yeah, and the game will be COMPLETELY FREE for all players. No more spending points to start games. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know!
I think that it should be free to make private games, but public games should be made by the server automatically. That means that the game automatically makes games and when one fills up, it makes another one. That ensures that people always have a game to play, but there aren't too many games that have only a few players in them.
There should also be an option for turns or no turns. Some people like it being no turns because although it is far from it, it is more like real life.
there should be tabs for game only chat and public chat. It would be annoying to have to exit the game to enter public chat.
there should be different modes. Slow, Fast etc...
Having unlimited public games could cause the game to have too many games unplayed and unfinished just like now. There should be an auto delete after certain period of inactivity. Also it could cause the games to have to few people. This happens a lot in mmorpgs that aren't that popular
Games would require players to be active. It'll be more or less of a sit down and play sort of deal.
If a player misses say 3 turns, then they will be kicked from the game. If everyone goes inactive, then the last remaining player would win.
Basically, we're creating a mastermind with more 'action' or so to speak.
Update: Private messaging is now done!
I was with you up untill you said turns.
this is not a turn based game, what you are proposing is essentialy another RISK rehashing.
we dont come here to play risk, there's a lot more much prettier websites for that.
If you guys don't want turns then we don't have to add them. Putting them in would actually make the game take a lot longer to code and get running in a beta state.
Are we good with no turns?
There should be an option for turns and no turns
I'll consider that!
As of now, we'll try 'no turns' but with a few restrictions that can be changed upon the game host's descretion!
have u finished this website yet? And is there a URL or something that we can follow? besides just screen shots?
I think the games should be already made by the server, like Andrei101 said. I also think the M points thing should be cheaper to buy in-game and easier to get.
to create a game used to be free, those days were awesome! and so many more people played
I think there should be rewards for reaching higher levels. For example once you reach level 10 you get one or two M points. Also I'm saying no to turns as well.
Also I think the percentage needed to win game should be adjustable. Sometimes I feel like 65% is a little too much. People tend to leave the game once somebody gets around 50%, but then the winner has to a lot of time to take a bunch of small countries with no competition. So maybe the creator can make it 50% to 65% to win a game.
Whats the link
so is there gonna be a 'new mastermind' or not?
cuz like, its been a year without any updates from @freefall.
it's like a curse. anyone trying to make a game like this just disappeared randomly.
There should not be mpoints. You should be able to make games for free! And, you shouldn't have to pay Irl money, it should b free.
What is it called
Game is dead due to lack of funding.
